Amy J. Sullivan, CPA

Over the course of three decades, Amy has sharpened her skills as a business taxation and estate planning specialist.   Amy has experiences ranging from personal to corporate taxation.  Believing that every client deserves the highest quality attention, Amy has experience in serving clients with simple 1040's to accounting multi-million dollar estates with significant tax ramifications.

Amy earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago in 1989 and later was certified as a Public Accountant.  Throughout her years of gaining knowledge through her work experience, Amy has also kept up to date with the latest issues in accounting and taxation through additional course work and her aggressive commitment to continuing professional education.

Amy has been and remains active in a number of professional and civic organizations including membership in the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce.    Years of experience includes her donation of time to organizations such as the Park Ridge Jaycees, the Des Plaines Elks and Cub Scout Pack 1 of the Boy Scouts of America.  Amy treats every client with respect and integrity. Amy provides independent financial analysis in addition to tax and accounting services.

Craig D. Johnson, CPA

Craig has over twenty years of experience in public accounting.  He has focused on tax preparation and review as well as compilation and review services.  Craig has tax experience ranging from basic individual tax returns to large consolidated multi-state corporate tax returns.   Throughout his years of experience, Craig has provided assurance services to small one-owner businesses to the largest architecture firm in Chicago. No matter the size of the client or the complexity of their affairs, Craig strives to provide the same personal timely service they deserve.

Craig earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in 1995 and subsequently earned his CPA certification.  He is committed to furthering his knowledge and experience through continuing professional education.  Craig has done this through live seminars and self-study courses.  The additional education, along with his years of experience, has given Craig a level of expertise related to the construction and manufacturing industries.

As a member of the Des Plaines Chambers of Commerce, Craig is staying in touch with the community.  He is also staying informed of industry trends and changes through his membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society.
